Refund Policy 

 Return Period:
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have elapsed, we regret that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange

Faulty or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We accept returns for these items within 7 days of receipt. Faulty or incorrect products will be exchanged or refunded in full. Please provide detailed information about the issue to expedite the resolution process.

Return Guidelines:
- Return initiation must occur within 7 days following the receipt of your order.
- For any exchange or refund, customers must provide the Order ID or the phone number used at the time of order placement.
- Customers bear the responsibility and cost for shipping returned products back to our facility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Any undisclosed defects or damages in the returned product will lead to the refusal of the exchange or refund.
- Before returning any product(s), customers are required to complete a return form (available via our WhatsApp Helpline).

Processing of Requests:
- Upon receipt of the returned product, please allow 2-4 working days for your request for a refund or exchange to be processed.
- Due to policy restrictions on cash transactions, refunds are only handled by bank transfer. Delivery charges will not be refunded. They are inclusive. Even if a product states "free delivery," it means the delivery cost is incorporated into the price. Returns or exchanges due to customer change of mind or mistaken orders will not include a refund for delivery charges.

Custom Orders and Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders are exempt from our standard Return and Exchange policy, except in cases of manufacturing errors on our part.
- Products that have been used or are over one month old from the date of purchase are not eligible for return.

 Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable):
- Upon the arrival and inspection of your return, we will inform you via message regarding the receipt of the item and the status of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days, exclusively through Bank Transfer.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If your refund is delayed, first review your bank account statement. Then, contact your credit card company, as posting times for refunds may differ. Subsequently, contact your bank to check on processing times. If after these steps your refund has not arrived, please reach out to us at waasimart1@gmail.com.
